CrossFit for Kids:
Designed for kids ages 10-15 CrossFit for Kids is a mix of running, jumping, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting & stretching with: olympic weight lifting, mobility, gymnastics, body weight exercise, rings, tire flips, pull ups, push ups, rowing, rope climbs, kettle bells, slam balls, ski erg, box jumps, sled pushes and much more! All tailored to be safe and fun for Kids. THE 6 WEEK CLASS RUNS EVERY TUESDAY AND THURSDAY FROM 4:00 - 5:00pm STARTING JUNE 14th

Olympic Weighlifting
Class begins SEPTEMBER 12th 2016 and runs every Tuesday-Wednesday-Friday (with an optional 4th workout) from 5:30pm - 7:00pm. Other open gym times available.
This is a 12-week training cycle with fairly high volume and high rep lifts and squats. It uses a variety of progressions and is a good, intermediate program for a wide range of athletes.
